Outcomes

Outcomes record what your application knows happened after an allowed evaluation.

Report known events

Report granted, not_granted, or reversed only from a durable customer-side event. Use the original idempotency key when retrying a lost response.

Inspect state

List or read outcomes to reconcile awaiting, assumed, known, reversed, or unknown states. A transport timeout is not evidence that a business action failed.

Missed report window

With report_outcome, an allowed evaluation waits 10 minutes for your report. After that, evaluating the same claim_id again returns 409 OUTCOME_CONFLICT until you report granted or not_granted for that evaluation. After not_granted, the same claim_id is evaluated again.
